If you thought outdoor netball was fun, just wait till you try it indoors! With a fully netted enclosure that is inbounds, the pace of the game is fast and furious. Insportz Knox has senior competitions for men’s, ladies and mixed teams as well as junior comps for ages 8 and up. We cater to all levels of play, from novice to competitive.

Senior games are played 7-aside with up to three optional substitutions. Games are 35 minutes long with two 16 minute halfs, a 2 minute half time and a 1 minute changeover. Prices are $70 per team per game with no rego fee.

During the summer season we are providing fixed night comps for seniors on Tuesday and Wednesday nights, starting from 6:15 pm and running to 10:00 p.m. The winter season starts in March/09.

NEW FOR SPRING 09 - 5-ASIDE

We are now offering a 5-aside comp on Thursday nights. Having trouble getting 7 mates together week-in week-out? Try 5-aside. It's fast and it's fun!

Daytime ladies netball is played Tuesday mornings. Teams are 7-aside at a rate of $42 per team per game. On-site supervision is available for preschoolers during the game at a rate of $4 per child per game.
